How many servings of Keto Collagen+ can I use per day?

For reference, our Keto Collagen+ has a serving size of one (1) scoop. However, there are a few factors that may help you determine whether you need more or fewer servings:

  1. Macronutrient Requirements
    Collagen peptides are a protein source. As with any macronutrient, overconsumption will ultimately through you off your goals, so it's important to ensure you're consuming college peptides within your macronutrient requirements for protein.   2. Micronutrient Requirements
    Keto Collagen+ contains three essential cofactors: Zinc, Copper, and Vitamin C (~50% of the average adult's daily value of each cofactor per serving—you can find nutrition facts here), so overusing the product for an extended period of time may lead to the overconsumption of one or more of these cofactors.
