When should I take Ketone 2.0 during an Ironman?
We strongly encourage Ironman athletes to test out H.V.M.N. Ketone 2.0 once or twice before using the product during a race, to determine when, during the race, you will really need a ketone boost.
The general framework for using Ketone 2.0 in an Ironman is as follows:
- First serving: 30 minutes before the event
- Additional servings: every 120 minutes during the event.
