Should I take H.V.M.N. Ketone Ester with carbs?

Yes, if you are an athlete following a normal diet, you will see the greatest benefits by combining H.V.M.N. Ketone Ester with your normal pre- and post-workout carbs. The gold standard of carbohydrate consumption for athletes doing endurance exercise is ~60g/h.
