Refunds and Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we hope you love our products as much as we do, we know things don't always work out, so we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you don't love the product you purchased, just let us know within 60 days of receiving your order and we’ll make the refund and/or return easy. To initiate a refund/return, simply email us at care@hvmn.com or chat with us (8am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday).

Note that our 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee is exclusive to first-time purchases of products and flavors — repeat purchases of the same product and subscription refills do not apply.

If you receive a damaged product or are experiencing other issues with your product, email us at care@hvmn.com or follow the steps here.

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by H.V.M.N. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
