What products are available for international shipping?

At this time, international orders are limited to Ketone-IQ purchases only.

Where does H.V.M.N. currently ship?

Orders on ship domestically within the United States and internationally to the following countries:

How much does shipping cost?

International shipping rates vary based on the weight of products in cart and final destination and will be calculated in your cart at checkout.

When can I expect to receive my H.V.M.N. order?

Typically, we fulfill orders within 1-2 days. You’ll be given an expected delivery date based on the location of the final destination which will vary by location but is usually 7-21 days.

Can I edit my shipping address?

You can chat with our global delivery partner, Passport Shipping, in your shipment dashboard or email our team at For urgent address change requests, please include ”Urgent - Address change” in your email subject line so our team can get working on it as quickly as possible.

How do I track my H.V.M.N. order?

You will automatically receive a tracking link by email when your order ships from our warehouse. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. It will be emailed to the email address you provided when making your order.

Is payment made in my local currency?

All payments are processed and settled in US dollars.
