How much does shipping cost?

International shipping rates vary based on the weight of products in cart and final destination and will be calculated in your cart at checkout.

How are customs duties and fees handled?

Customs duties and fees will be calculated and added to your cart at checkout.

When do I get assessed for duties and taxes?

Duties and taxes are assessed once your purchase goes beyond the de minimis value or the tax threshold, the amount at which a person begins paying taxes on an item. This will vary per country.

How long will it take / When can I expect to receive my H.V.M.N. order?

Typically, we fulfill orders within 1-2 days.

You’ll be given an expected delivery date upon shipment, but delivery usually takes 3-4 weeks for shipping and customs clearance. This will vary by destination country.

Can I edit my shipping address?

You can chat with our global delivery partner, Passport Shipping, in your shipment dashboard or email our team at care@hvmn.com. For urgent address change requests, please include ”Urgent - Address change” in your email subject line so our team can get working on it as quickly as possible.

How do I track my H.V.M.N. order?

You will automatically receive a tracking link by email when your order ships from our warehouse. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. It will be emailed to the email address you provided when making your order.

Is payment made in my local currency?

All payments are processed and settled in US dollars.

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes when I get my parcel?

When goods are being transported across international borders, every country has its own set of rules, regulations, and taxes for importing. These duties and other charges can either be paid before shipping or upon receiving the package in the destination country.

For DDP or Delivered Duty Paid shipments, duties and taxes are estimated, calculated and paid at checkout so there is no delay in obtaining the parcel when it enters the destination country.

The following countries assess duties and taxes upon checkout:

DDU or Delivery Duty Unpaid shipments on the other hand, evaluate the parcel for duties and taxes when it arrives in the destination country. The local post office shall reach out to the customer and deliver the package once the fees are paid.
