Subscription Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, however, any changes or cancelation(s) must be made at least one (1) day prior to your next refill date.

Subscription refills are processed between midnight and 2 AM (PST). As such, in order to ensure your changes or cancelation(s) are successful, please be sure to contact our support team or perform them yourself (learn how here) prior to midnight on the date of your scheduled refill.

Once a subscription refill has been processed, H.V.M.N. is unable to cancel the order, issue a refund, or accept a return unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy. Please email us at care@hvmn.com if you have any questions or concerns.

We send a courtesy email reminding customers of their refill date three (3) days prior to the scheduled charge date. We feel this is an appropriate amount of time for customers to update their subscriptions when needed. That being said, this email is sent as a courtesy and it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to track their own subscription.
